We’re looking for dedicated individuals already based in the UK with essential experience in UK care homes. Please note that you must be in the UK to be considered for this position.

As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents. Your commitment will ensure they experience a safe, comfortable, and dignified living environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Delivering personal care and support to residents throughout your shift (days or nights).
• Assisting residents with mobility and daily living tasks.
• Monitoring residents’ well-being closely and promptly reporting any concerns to the wider team.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and supportive atmosphere.
