Location: Hybrid – Central London (Mon & Fri WFH) Salary: Up to £60k (DOE) + Uncapped Commission (Year 1 OTE c£40k)

We’re partnered with a fantastic global exhibitions business seeking an experienced Sponsorship Sales Manager to join their high-growth energy portfolio. The Role:
You’ll own the full sales cycle, selling tailored sponsorship solutions to senior stakeholders across the global energy sector. From proactive prospecting and pitching to closing deals and nurturing key accounts, you’ll be instrumental in driving revenue for a portfolio of international events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell high-value, consultative sponsorship packages to senior decision-makers worldwide.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
- Build strong client relationships, understanding their commercial goals to align solutions effectively.
- Manage and grow existing accounts, maximising client ROI and securing renewals.
- Attend international events and exhibitions for networking and on-site deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and content teams on campaign strategies and event delivery.
About You:
You’re a confident, polished communicator with a strategic mindset and a proven track record in sponsorship sales.
We’re looking for someone with:
- 3-5 years of experience in sponsorship sales, ideally within B2B events or exhibitions.
- Proven success in closing high-value, consultative deals.
- Experience selling into international markets and engaging with senior-level stakeholders.
- Comfort working towards and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
- A commercially astute, strategic, and highly self-motivated approach.
