Your Role as a Home Care Assistant

You will be matched with clients based on mutual interests and hobbies, building strong bonds of trust and providing highly personalised support. While every day and client is unique, your core responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care
• Prompting medication
• Assisting with daily living activities
• Performing home help tasks
• Being a friendly and supportive companion
• Preparing meals and monitoring diets
• Assisting with appointments
• Empowering clients to maintain their independence in their own homes.

What We Offer You

• Competitive Pay: From £13.50 – £14.00 per hour, plus 45p mileage reimbursement.

What You’ll Bring

• Confident Driver: You must be a confident driver and happy to drive as part of your role.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience within Health and Social Care is required.
