We’re specifically looking for Care Assistants who live within or under a 20-minute commute from the following postcode areas for house-to-house care visits:

  • BA postcodes: BA1, BA2, BA10, BA11, BA12, BA13, BA14, BA15
  • SN postcodes: SN2, SN4, SN5, SN6, SN8, SN9, SN10, SN11, SN12, SN13, SN14, SN15, SN16, SN25, SN26
  • SP postcodes: SP1, SP2, SP3, SP4, SP5, SP6, SP7, SP8, SP9, SP11
  • SO postcodes: SO43, SO51
  • GL postcodes: GL8, GL9
  • RG postcodes: RG17

 

No Experience? No Problem!

 

You don’t need previous care experience to join us! We provide full, comprehensive training through our pre-employment induction and a 12-week onboarding process. This includes:

  • Paid shadowing with experienced carers
  • Extensive e-learning modules
  • Support to work towards nationally recognised qualifications
  • Opportunities for ongoing training and development via our apprenticeship programme

 

Your Role as a Community Care Assistant:

 

You’ll be providing essential in-home support, fostering independence, and offering vital social interaction. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Personal care assistance
  • Light domestic duties
  • Assisting with medication
  • Providing social interaction, a listening ear, and empathy

We use an innovative carer app to log visits, tasks, and notes, which can be viewed by family members. Our AI-powered technology monitors the data you enter, generating risk alerts that allow our teams to arrange additional care or support, leading to a 70% reduction in hospital admissions for our service users.

 

Working Hours & Requirements:

 

  • Flexible shifts are available, including earlies, days, teas, and beds (generally between 7 am and 8 pm, but may vary).
  • You will be required to work alternate weekends.
  • You must have the right to work in the UK and be 18 or over.
