Cyber Security Analyst – Hybrid Role, UK

What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Cyber Security Analyst at EV Cargo, you’ll be instrumental in safeguarding our operations. Your core responsibilities will include

• Implementing, administering, and supporting various cybersecurity technologies across the EV Cargo group.
• Monitoring and responding to cybersecurity-related helpdesk tickets.
• Active monitoring and administration of security technologies to reduce risks from cyber threats.
• Conducting regular security testing, including vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and phishing simulations.
• Promoting security awareness among EV Cargo colleagues.
• Collaborating closely with IT specialists to embed a security-focused approach in all system management and configurations.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements):

• Essential experience with cybersecurity standards such as Cyber Essentials or ISO 27001.
• Experience with CrowdStrike is beneficial.
• A perpetual learning approach to stay ahead of evolving threats and industry best practices.
• Ability to work closely and collaboratively with IT teams across various EV Cargo company sites.
• A professional demeanour and excellent communication skills for liaising with all levels of the company.
• The legal right to live and work in the United Kingdom is essential.
• This is a hybrid role, requiring some travel to EV Cargo company sites.
