Are you a highly skilled Vehicle Mechanic with a passion for luxury and performance cars? We’re searching for an experienced professional to join a leading specialist in Land Rover, Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, and Porsche repairs and maintenance in Essex, United Kingdom.

This full-time role offers a competitive £39,000 p/a salary, a performance bonus, and visa sponsorship if needed. We’ll even support you with sourcing accommodation!

 

The Role:

 

You’ll be crucial in diagnosing faults, performing scheduled maintenance, and ensuring vehicles are in top working order. This includes:

  • Identifying complex vehicle faults.
  • Undertaking scheduled maintenance and repairs.
  • Maintaining accurate work records.
  • Testing parts and systems.
  • Performing essential vehicle care (e.g., tyre changes, oil).
  • Providing excellent customer service.

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Confidence in engine rebuilding, head gasket replacement, and timing chain changes.
  • Strong understanding of Diesel/Petrol engines.
  • Experience with Jaguar Land Rover, Mercedes, BMW, VW/Audi, and Porsche brands.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to high-quality work.
  • A valid UK driving licence/International driving permit (conversion assistance provided if required).
  • Preferred: Formal qualifications and dealership experience.
  • Advantageous: Knowledge of vehicle electrics.

 

Working Hours:

 

You’ll work 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 6 pm, including a 1-hour lunch break and two 15-minute breaks.
